1. Do you have minimum orders?

2. Do you do drop shipments?

YES! We will gladly ship products directly to your customer with your company's name and shipping info. Our fees are as follows:

1 item $2.50
2-5 items $3.00
6+ items $5.00

Quotes are for domestic shipments only. All international drop shipments are a $5 minimum charge. Please call for a direct quote.

3. Do I need a wholesale account to order wholesale online?

YES, please visit the wholesale page on our site and click on "Create New Account". Enter all your information, then EMAIL us your tax ID# and let us know you created an account and we will activate it for you.

4. Can I use any text or pics from your website?

YES! Please feel free to use our text and images to help sell your products. However, we do
not upload or transfer files for you. Please do not link to our images.

5. Can I have my store name and logo on labels?

YES! We offer House Labels for most of our sage products and other products with labels
for a $20 one time fee. We also request that you order a minimum of 24 pieces per house label.

6. Why does my shipping quote seem so high?

All shipping quotes are estimated and generally seem to overestimate
costs. Please email us or call if you are concerned with your shipping
rate.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept all returns. We will pay for shipping and replacement cost of any item(s) received damaged. We will accept returns of non-damaged products as long as they are still in sellable condition. We do NOT pay for the shipping of these items.

8. Where's my package?

Please allow AT LEAST 1 full week for your
package to be delivered before calling for a tracking number.

9. Are your Vietnamese products Fair-Trade?

YES!! We proudly work with artisian villages in Vietnam that promote sustainable and ethical working environments. Vietnamese Items include: Shimmer Wands, Altar
Bells, Bamboo Altar Tables, Lacquerware products, jute, corn and
seagrass mats, besoms, cauldrons and more...

10. What are accepted methods of payment?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. COD is also available for a charge of $8.50. Paypal is available but you must call our office first to set up this account.
Checks are only accepted from established Net 30 customers. If you are not sure if
you have net 30 terms please email or call our office at (800) 765-9823.
